Mission Statement
Ruff World Safe House exists to create forever homes for people and their dogs — where healing begins. We provide safe housing, a path to homeownership, job training, supportive services, and lifelong sanctuary for dogs that others might abandon.
We are also a support system for larger rescue groups — helping to relieve the burden of high-cost rescues so their resources aren’t wasted. Too often, dogs are “saved” only to be euthanized when space or funding runs out. At RWSH, safe means safe. When a person or a dog enters our doors, we commit to them for life. Here, forever means forever.
